Return Policy
BICYCLE RETURN POLICY
Everyone at Donnelly wants you to love your new bicycle, therefore we offer a return policy to back it up and give you confidence in your purchase. If you are not satisfied you may return your new, unused bicycle or frame for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Bicycles and frames must be returned in new condition and with the original box and packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Used bicycle or frames in excellent condition will be issued a credit to your customer account.
- Misused or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
You will receive a full refund for bicycle or frames returned in new, unused condition. You will receive a customer credit to your account for the return of a used bicycle or frames in excellent condition as described above. Refunds and credits are issued within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return.

TIRE RETURN POLICY
We can accept returns of unused/ridden product when returned complete with header card/carton. It can have been mounted (without sealant), but not ridden.
- Return postage is at the customer expense.
- Refund will be issued for product only.
- Outbound shipping will not be refunded.
Please make sure to have your correct contact information include “inside” with the product being returned the name/address of the person that ordered the product in the first place.
